The 'i' you were given.
The 'I' you choose.

This is the door.

Not a program about what to do — a program about who you are before you do anything. Before the plan. Before the goal. Before the next step anyone has ever told you to take.

Most programs start in the middle. They teach skills, build habits, correct behavior. And they do it well. The I Will Be Program is the complement to all of it — the piece that lifts what is already good and makes it better. Not a replacement. Not a critique. A foundation.

Every program that serves young people is a light helping them steer toward a safe place. The I Will Be Program is the first glimmer of that light.

What it builds is identity — intentionally, with eyes wide open, in a context that is clearly laid out. A young person who knows who they are, what they stand for, and where they are going absorbs everything else differently. The skill lands on solid ground. The habit has somewhere to root. The goal has a person behind it who understands why it matters.

48 lessons. 16 weeks. One personal framework — built by you, presented by you, owned by you. The world will not stop to acknowledge what happens in this room. But everyone in it will know. And from that day forward, you will have people in your life who witnessed who you said you were going to become — and who will hold you to it. This is the door. Walk through it.
